Singin’ Christmas includes all your ITC favorites who continue to go above and beyond, while entertaining Marco Island audiences. Do you need a little Christmas spirit? Then you won’t want to miss this wonderful holiday show! The cast will perform many classics with a few surprises that will have you laughing, but will also warm your heart and get you ready for the holiday season.
Karen Anglin began her acting career in 1996 in The Music Man under the guidance of her mother. She continued to perform locally in numerous plays throughout the years. Most recently you may have seen her in one of ITC’s many comedies Arsenic And Old Lace, Saga Of Roaring Gulch, Treasure of Shiver River, Always A Bridesmaid or last year’s Singin’ Broadway.
Carolyn Davis spent the last 30 years teaching and directing theater. She has had roles in Hello Dolly!, South Pacific and Once Upon A Mattress. Her favorite directing experiences were You Can’t Take It With You, Grease, The Footsteps of Doves, and Twelfth Night. This is Carolyn’s Third performance with ITC.
Glenn Davissings with the Marco Island Community Chorus. Glenn made his return to the stage in last year’s Singin’ Broadway after a 48 year hiatus. He was “discovered” while floating aimlessly at sea somewhere southwest of the Babuyan Islands. This Marco Island Senior Softball player and his wife, Carolyn, are now full-time island residents.
Craig Greusel, a Marco resident and island favorite, who continues to bring audiences to their feet with his powerful performances as Don Quixote in Man of La Mancha, Barnum in P.T. Barnum, and Victor Frankenstein in ITC’s Frankenstein: A New Musical, returns to the stage once again for our Singin’ Christmas show.
John Moulton made his stage debut In Mama Won’t Fly and has been performing in many ITC’s productions ever since. Some favorite roles you may remember seeing him in include Blame It On Beckett, Saga of Roaring Gulch, and Arsenic and Old Lace.
Edie Pagoni-Sawtelle, wife, mom, special needs advocate and actress, Edie has performed leading roles in numerous shows, such as; Chicago, Godspell, Grease, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, and Gypsy. Edie is one of ITC’s audience favorites and is back this year for our Christmas show.
Jean Rowles is one of the Co-Founder’s of ITC. She has an extensive background in musical theater, both on the stage and behind the scenes. Her favorite roles include Marian the Librarian in The Music Man and a directing/performing stint in Smokey Joe’s Café. She is thrilled to be performing once our Singin’ Christmas.
Joe Verga has held various roles in such shows as Les Miserables, Man Of La Mancha, Mary Poppins, Carousel, and most recently in How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying. This is Joe’s third season with ITC and we are always thrilled to have him back.
Jared Wagner is back all the way from South Bend. He performed on Marco Island for several years and prior to his time on Marco Island he was in many msicals including lead roles in Hair Spray, Les Miserables, Beauty and the Beast, and Music Man. His amazing vocal talent was showcased in ITC’s Frankenstein: A New Musical and Saga of Roaring Gulch. He was last seen in the ITC production of Annie Jr. as Rooster Hannigan. ITC is always excited to have Jared and his family back on Marco even for a short time.
Kate Whitson-Alves has been singing from a very early age and has been in shows such as Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Meet Me in St Louis, Guys and Dolls and ITC’s Frankenstein: A New Musical as Elizabeth. Kate was last seen as Auntie Em in our production of The Wizard Of Oz. Kate works in the aviation industry and resides on Marco Island with her family
Judy Daye is a well known island wide as a veteran comedic actor who brings over twenty years experience to local theater. She joins us this time for Singin’ Christmas and is sure not to disappoint.
